Pro Tips for Labor: The Bendy Straw

It seems people have remembered my bendy-straw mini-lesson for years. And so, here is a version, recorded by my husband. I hope labor partners find it helpful. Hydration is a big part of your job. And you can DIY the electrolyte drink: water, salt, lime are the basics. For something more elaborate, add a liquid or powdered calcium/magnesium supplement. All the best!
